Candidates need to have the following skills and experiences to do this training course. The prerequisite skills are facilitation skills, classroom and time management skills, knowledge and skills to teach beginners on Agile principles and methods, communication skills across levels in an enterprise, Emotional Intelligence to handle decision-making across people, workflows and business; and technical fluency to connect workflows and processes. Experience pre-requisites include – minimum five years of software development, project management, testing, product management, or business analysis experiences. The candidate also needs to have minimum three years of Agile experience and have one or multiple Agile certifications,
Candidates get four chances to pass the exam. The first attempt is just after completing the course. The second attempt or the first retake of the exam can be taken immediately after the first exam – this is if the candidate fails after the first attempt. The test can be attempted for the third time after waiting for ten days; and the fourth attempt after duration of 30 days.

Implementing SAFe Training Exam
The exam is multiple choices formats, single-browser web-based, closed book without any outside assistance. The time to complete the exam is 120 minutes or 2 hours.
The passing score is 75% - you need to get 45 questions correct out of a total 60
You can attempt retake of the exam if you fail the first time.
Candidates get four chances to pass the exam. The first attempt is just after completing the course. Implementing SAFe Training Certification
The certification is given to a candidate who is certified as a SPC and can act as a change agent. His role is to help attendees to coach the enterprise in highly disruptive environments empowering them for the implementation of a Lean-agile SAFe transformation.
Candidates first need to attend the Implementing SAFe training course. Once the training is complete, candidates need to appear for the exam. Candidates who get the passing marks are awarded the certification by the Certifying Body.
Scaled Agile (Provider of SAFe) is the Certifying Body for Implementing SAFe Training certificate.
Yes, it is worth becoming a certified implementer of SAFe Training. On completion of the training, the candidate is awarded the Certification for SAFe 4 Program Consultant. You are also awarded the digital badge that can be used to showcase your skills and achievement. You get one-year membership to the SAFe Community Platform as also SPC Community of Practice. Candidates can also access learning resources online and participate in events and Meetup Groups to network with other certified professionals.
The certificate has a validity of about a year from the date of certification.
